Noah Sager grew up around the pool and competed in swimming throughout middle school and high school. He had a passion for health and fitness at a young age due to his father showing him what all the benefits could be of being disciplined in the realm of health and fitness, and how it could bleed over into other areas of life in a positive way. As he was looking for ways to improve his strength and conditioning, Noah found a local CrossFit gym and began his path towards making health and fitness a bigger part of his life.
Noah attained his CF L1 while still in high school and began to coach at his local affiliate before he moved away for college. He would then graduate college and receive a B.S. in Kinesiology. While in college, he would purchase an online fitness coaching business from a close friend and began to coach athletes and clients remotely. Owning this business allowed Noah to see that he really loved to coach athletes and clients and build them up to their max physical potential.
In 2017, he met his wife and married her in 2018. During this time, he picked up a job renting cars while still owning his own business. He would then go on to quit the rental car job and began working in real estate. He figured switching from one desk job to another desk job would be good for him. It wasn’t. Noah would then quit his real estate job in pursuit of working for the local fire department. This was the perfect fit for Noah. The ability to perform the job of a firefighter relies heavily on the individual’s physical and mental capacity, and Noah loved this.
In 2020, Noah had the pleasure of being able to interact with a coach by the name of Todd Wise. His name may sound familiar. Noah was able to pick his brain on several occasions on topics related to coaching, and these were some of the most thought-provoking conversations Noah has ever had up to that point. Todd would later offer Noah a position on his coaching staff, and Noah jumped on the opportunity as fast as he could.
His experience of coaching athletes and clients both in person and remotely, has given Noah the ability to program for each individual’s goals based on where they are currently at in their fitness journey. Noah loves the challenge of putting together the “ideal” program for each client and athlete. The principles stay the same, but the person is never the same, this is where the art and science meet.
